More and more hotels are charging extra for breakfast and tax on top of the room charge. Please note that the Lincoln House Hotel bed and breakfast tariff price includes a full English breakfast, unlimited tea & coffee in your room, VAT (IVA) and service.

Room Descriptions

The following are the descriptions of our room types: all rooms are en-suite (shower, toilet and basin in the room). The windows of the rooms at the front of the building facing the road are double glazed.

Single (budget) - room (approx 7 square metres) with a single bed for single occupancy.

Single (plus) - room (approx 10 square metres) with a small double bed for single occupancy, slightly larger room.

Double (budget) - room (approx 10 square metres) with a small double bed for 2 persons (4ft / 125cm wide).

Double (standard) - room (approx 11 square metres) with a standard size double bed for 2 persons (4ft 6ins / 140cm wide).

Double (large) - room (approx 18 square metres) with a standard size double bed for 2 persons (4ft 6ins / 140cm wide), 80% more space.

Twin - room (approx 15 square metres) with 2 single beds.

Triple - room (approx 18 square metres) with a double bed and a single bed or alternatively a double bed, a single bed and a single 'pull-out' bed.

Family - room (approx 18 square metres) with a double bed and a single bed and a single 'pull-out' bed.

All rooms have Mini fridges for your private use (except in single budget rooms unless requested).
